Prof. Guorong SHAN and Prof. Yongzhong BAO's Group

   Professor Yongzhong Bao and Ph. D. Candidate Jie Yang participated in the ninth international chemical engineering conference in Seoul from August 18th to 22th, 2013. Pr. Bao made an oral report, whose title is Preparation of Meso-microporous Carbons based on Vinylidene Chloride Copolymers via Templating Method, in the parallel sessions of Process and Technology for Energy and Environment I – Yonsei ChE Global Network Forum. Dr. Yang made a wall report, whose title is Synthesis of Vinylidene Chloride Block Copolymers Via RAFT Copolymerization, in the parallel sessions of Sustainable development for future Society. Their reports were of good quality and received high remarks.

During the last two day of their journal, Pr. Bao and Dr. Yang, accompanied with other people of the department of chemical engineering, visited Yonsei University and made academic exchange with professors and graduate students there. They took part in the Yonsei Global Network Forum, held by the department of chemical and bio-molecular engineering, and made oral reports in Research Group Activity and Student Session.
