Prof. Dr. Kun CAO's Group

      Our group works in the field of advanced polymer chemistry and focuses on process strengthening and system integration. We also work to manufacture and develop products for the use and application in engineering. In recent years, we have participated in the national Natural Science Foundation of China’s (NSFC) key national projects #973 and #863; managed six projects of the NSFC; led the Ministry of Education’s research in key projects in the fields of science and technology as well as supervised PhD candidates in the aforementioned disciplines while providing special funding for each candidate; and participated in more than one million of Sinopec’s major cross-cutting projects. We have published nearly one hundred academic essays in the top three chemical engineering journals, AlChE, Chemical Engineering Science, and Industrial & Engineering Chemistry Research, as well as authorized more than twenty patents for public use.
